4 Specialized Roles

SPECIALIZED Digital Brand Ambassador Requires exceptional communication skills, social media skills, influencer status, and/or proof of real-time content creation.

Social media profile links Share the profiles that show your reach and content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). One per line is fine.

Public Brand Ambassador Requires exceptional speaking, interviewing, and on-camera skills.

6 Hours of Availability

Saturday, July 11, 2026. Check every block you can serve. The festival runs 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM; setup help is needed early and breakdown help late.

7 Agreements

Nondisclosure Acknowledgment. As a Light Up Livernois volunteer, you may be exposed to confidential or proprietary information belonging to IBA Detroit CDC, event sponsors, or partners. You agree not to disclose or make use of any such information, and not to photograph, record, or share confidential materials, without prior written consent. A full Non-Disclosure Agreement may be provided at check-in. I have read and agree to the Nondisclosure Acknowledgment above.

Media Release. Light Up Livernois is photographed, filmed, and recorded. By checking the box below you grant IBA Detroit CDC and its production partners permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video, audio, social media, print, and all promotional materials, now and in the future, without compensation. A full Media Release Form may be provided at check-in. I have read and agree to the Media Release above.

Volunteer, No Compensation. Light Up Livernois volunteer roles are unpaid. By checking the box below you acknowledge that volunteer participation is offered freely, and that you are not entitled to and will not receive any wages, payment, or other monetary compensation for your participation. I understand my volunteer role is unpaid and I will receive no monetary compensation.
